The application process

  • CV and motivation review

    Your CV and motivation letter will be reviewed by our team.

  • Candidate selection

    We evaluate candidates based on how well they match the job profile. Selected candidates will be invited for an initial interview.

  • First interview

    Your first interview will be online with our Managing Director

  • Second interview

    If the first interview is successful, a second, more in-depth discussion will follow. This session will include additional colleagues, HR, and, in most cases, the client (the Dutch company we’re hiring for). Since we typically recruit for specific roles within Dutch companies, this ensures alignment with their expectations and needs.

  • Job offer

    If everyone is still keen, you’ll receive a formal offer, including a salary that reflects your knowledge, skills, and experience.
