Can Tideshift build remote teams from scratch?
Yes, after defining your goals and needs, we carry out a rigorous selection process to ensure that the candidate aligns not only with the company's mission but also with its technical requirements. Furthermore, following the kick-off, we guarantee a seamless integration with your company by implementing personalized plans tailored to each professional and conducting regular evaluations with both employers and our partners.

Once we have received the company's briefing and understand its mission and values, we ensure that, during our recruitment process, we pay attention to whether the candidates are aligned with the company's culture and not just its technical needs.

What are the costs?
There is always a service fee and a set-up cost, but the final amount depends on the professional's salary.

How long does the recruitment process take?
The recruitment process takes between 1 or 2 months. After receiving your company's briefing and understanding your needs, we post the position and simultaneously we conduct a detailed research to find the best fit for your company. We arrange a first interview with the candidates and if considered appropriate we will conduct a second interview, during which you will be present. If everyone is in agreement, we proceed with the hiring process.
